We fully understand the need for privacy and security thus your order will be packaged discreetly, vacuum packed and bubble wrapped to ensure safety and integrity where required. Products come in stealth packaging for higher privacy.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide, however there are some countries with different laws and regulations on the importation and distribution of our products. Consequently, we have certain shipping restrictions on a number of products that we know to be illegal in the country in which the restriction is in place.
As we are not legal specialists we insist for all customers to check the legality of the product before placing any order. If by any chance your order does not arrive within 21 business days you will qualify for 1 free reship.
We ship all orders using discreet plain packaging along with tracking numbers. Our packages require a supplied signature upon arrival of the shipment and are trackable in detail to the delivery address.
We use mostly USPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, Post NL or EMS services for the shipment of your order.
We do ship to P.O. Boxes.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
What if my package didn’t arrive?
If your package is late, and 10 days have passed since we notified you of delivery, then we will call the agency used, verify that package was actually seized, lost or whatever, and then we will reship No extra charge required.
